Esme helped us buy our first home and sell our beloved land - both sales closing within a month of each other. My husband and I are not savvy real estate people, we do not understand the market or how to be competitive in it. Esme guided us through both of these sales in a way that felt comfortable and safe for us financially.
There was never a moment that felt like she was putting her firm's interests before ours. She is SO knowledgeable, thorough, and responsive within a couple minutes (which is wild because she runs a farm and is also a mom). Brianna worked with me for almost a year developing a strategy for the sale of my second home near Cornucopia. Her market research was excellent, which was particularly important as the house was toward the upper end of the market and somewhat difficult to price. The online listing was beautifully done and gave the property excellent exposure both locally and in the Twin Cities. She was very attentive during the listing period and communicated both proactively and responsively to my questions and concerns. We received a solid offer after about 3 1/2 months and closed successfully not long after. Brianna is a solid professional who added substantial value to the whole project.
